Agritourism and multifunctionality, Ismea and Rrn report on 13 April

‘Scenarios on current trends’ with Minister Lollobrigida, sector operators and students of agricultural and hotel technical institutes

The National Rural Network and Ismea have organized a meeting in Rome to present the Report “Agritourism and multifunctionality – Scenario and prospects” on 13 April at the Boscolo Circo Massimo Events Center (Via Dei Cerchi, 87), starting at 10.30. The meeting intends to stimulate reflection on the constantly changing competitive scenario with which Italian agritourism companies find themselves dealing, outlining the prospects of the sector, also in consideration of the Strategic Plan of the 2023-2027 CAP. It will also be an opportunity to carry out a reconnaissance of the activities carried out by the Rrn, in concert with the Masaf and the regional AdGs, thanks also to the direct testimonies of the agritourism companies present. The event will be attended by Francesco Lollobrigida, Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forests, together with the main stakeholders of the agritourism sector who will take stock of the sector’s scenarios and prospects, also on the basis of the evidence that emerged in the latest edition of the Report, edited by Ismea and the National Rural Network.

The working day will also see the participation of some students from agricultural and hotel technical institutes who will bring their point of view on the theme “Youth, agriculture and multifunctionality: what future?”. It will be possible to follow the event live on the IsmeaOfficial YouTube channel starting at 10.30.
