Arcaplanet continues retail expansion plan, 18 new stores in Sicily

In all the reconverted stores in Sicily, Arcaplanet has chosen to hire the employees already employed in the Max Casa stores; thus keeping 50 collaborators on the staff, to whom it undertakes to offer an ad hoc training course. For the managing director Nicolò Galante, the investments for 2023 have been designed precisely for the benefit of the new hires, providing for a training plan by the Arcaplanet Academy.

Over 60,000 hours of training were already offered in 2022, especially in the field of Pet specialists, and this commitment will continue with a 30% increase in hours also in the current year. Arcaplanet thus renews its constant commitment in the training sector, promoting the internal growth of its employees with personalized career development plans. The retail expansion plan, and beyond, expected in the current year, will also include a strong increase in omnichannel services with the launch of the new app with services, the click & collect already chosen by 25% of digital customers, and the complete revision of the loyalty program integrated by the implementation of a sophisticated marketing automation. On the weekend of March 17th and 18th, an extra 30% discount will be applied in all Sicilian stores.
