Asteroid City is the new movie of Wes Anderson. Universal Pictures International Italy has released the first official trailer of the film with an ensemble cast made up of some of the biggest names in the golden world of Hollywood.

Jason Schwartzman, Scarlett Johansson and Tom Hanks are among the protagonists of Asteroid City. The film will mark the return to the cinema of one of the most loved and appreciated directors internationally, Wes Anderson, also involved in the screenplay and production.
The film is set in the middle of the 50s in the fictional city of Asteroid City where a series of events change the histories of the characters.
In the cast Jeffrey Wright, Tilda Swinton, Bryan Cranston, Edward Norton, Adrien Brody, Liev Schreiber, Hope Davis, Stephen Park, Rupert Friend and Maya Hawke. Also present were Steve Carell, Matt Dillon, Hong Chau, Willem Dafoe, Margot Robbie, Tony Revolori, Jake Ryan and Jeff Goldblum.
Universal Pictures International Italy has also distributed the official synopsis of the work, this is the text present in the caption of the film: “The itinerary of a convention of young astronomers and space cadets (organized to bring together students and parents from all over the country for an academic competition and fellowship) is spectacularly shocked by world-changing events”.
Asteroid City will arrive in Italian cinemas on March 14, 2023.
