During the coronation of King Charles III and the queen consort Camilla there will be children, i pages of honor, to accompany the sovereigns and to raise their imposing mantles along the nave of Westminster Abbey. These are ‘figures’ with ceremonial rank who are present on state occasions and in special celebrations

The pageboys there will be eight, four for the king, who ascended the throne after the death of Queen Elizabeth II, and as many for his wife. They will all be male and share a single dress code, a scarlet tunic with gold details and blue velvet cuffs

As for Carlo, the most “famous” pageboy is the prince George, eldest son of the Prince and Princess of Wales, William and Kate. The future heir to the throne has already been a page boy at his uncle Harry’s wedding on May 19, 2018, when he formed the wedding procession of the bride Meghan

George’s younger siblings, Charlotte and Louis, will be present at the coronation, but not among the pages. The other three children to accompany Charles III will be Lord Oliver Cholmondeley (in the photo the father David), Ralph Tollemache and Nicholas Barclay

Of the 13 year old Olivers the parents are known above all, the Marquis David, appointed by Charles III as his personal assistant, and his wife Rose Hanbury. Ralph Tollemache12 years old, is the eldest son of the aristocratic couple Edward and Sophie Tollemache. Nicholas Barclayon the other hand, is the nephew of Sarah Troughton (in the photo together with Camilla, of which she is considered a very faithful onelisten), first female lieutenant of Wiltshire and second cousin of Charles III

Two of the pageboys at the queen’s side on coronation day will be her 13-year-old grandchildren Gus and Louis Lopes (In the photo I am with my grandmother in 2012). They are the twins that Laura, daughter of Camilla, had with her husband Harry

another nephew, Freddie, Tom Parker Bowles’ youngest son, will be one of the page boys. The father (in the picturelisten)) is a well-known British food critic and writer. Freddy is the son of Sara Buys, a former journalist with whom his father separated in 2018

The fourth page boy is Arthur Elliot, son of Camilla Ben’s nephew (in the photo together with Carlo and his wife), politician and businessman. Arthur’s grandfather was the husband of Annabel, sister of the queen consort
