Day of the Sea in Schools, Confindustria Nautica to students: “Great opportunity for the future”

There Day of the Sea in Schools, strongly desired by Confindustria Nautica and not by chance established as part of the reform of the Nautical Code approved in 2018, is now in its fifth year. Announced for 11 April, it will effectively take place on Friday 14 April to coincide with the Easter holidays in schools. This was reported by Confindustria Nautica in a note. “It is an important opportunity – he underlines – to reflect, even at school, on the role of the sea in our history and in our lives, from its being an ecosystem to the opportunities to create opportunities for the future of young people, especially in a country like the ‘Italy, rich not only in scenic and natural beauty, but in entrepreneurial skills and know-how that are unique in the world”.

This year the anniversary takes advantage of the special attention of the Government which, tonight 11 April, will illuminate the main facade of Palazzo Chigi in blue from 20.00 to 24.00. Confindustria Nautica wanted to celebrate the first five-year period since the entry into force of the law, with six short films aimed at middle and high school students: the sea as Education, Sport, Profession, Business, Work and Tourism the topics dealt with starting from the reflections of same students.
