Discussions on the future at the HR Forum, between benefits and corporate social responsibility

The second day of the HR Forum was held today, dedicated to the theme of ‘wellfare and wellbeing’. The event – of which Adnkronos is the main media partner – was held at the Phyd location in Milan, in ‘phygital’ mode, with speakers and guests in attendance and participants via streaming link on Comunicazioneitaliana.tv. A whole day of phygital talk sessions, talk shows, phygital speeches and thematic tables, in which Speakers of leading companies on the Italian and international scene and B2B companies from the world of consultancy and services confronted each other, and tried to take stock on issues of welfare and benefits, organizational well-being and work sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

For Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, welfare partner of the event, “participating in the HR Forum as a welfare partner was an excellent opportunity to discuss issues of corporate welfare, wellbeing and employee well-being. As a strategic player in the sector, we have a specialized observatory that allows us to have a 360° view on the needs of companies and workers and on trends concerning, among others, flexible benefits. The latter represent an important resource for companies and users thanks to the numerous tax advantages they offer and the support they can give to household spending power, especially in the current context. From our point of view, an opportunity that has not yet been fully seized remains, offered by the digitization of services and tools, and with a focus on the quality digital experience of all end users”.

The event was realized thanks to the contribution of CoachHub, Sodexo, Edenred, Be2You Altroconsumo, Top Employer Institute, Ccelera, Compassion, Enel X, Deloitte Legal, Arval, Gympass, Ecoconsult, Wellmakers by BNP Paribas, U2Coach. The event will continue tomorrow, still in ‘phygital’ mode and still live on Comunicazioneitaliana.tv on the theme ‘Digital and innovation’.
