Green development and sustainability were at the center of this morning’s meeting in Udine, in the Palazzo della Regione, between the regional councilor for Environmental Defense, Fabio Scoccimarro, and the president of Eambiente Group, Gabriella Chiellino. The company presented the methodology and opportunities concerning the reporting of KPIs for the ESG enhancement of companies and the ESG assessment. Chiellino then illustrated the possibility of evaluating the performance of companies with regard to environmental and social factors and in the management of business development. The challenge of tomorrow for Italian small and medium-sized enterprises is linked to sustainability. Friuli Venezia Giulia wants to be increasingly a leader in the field of sustainable development. The exponent of the junta Fedriga recalled the commitment to the 2050 goals, with the desire to anticipate them at the local level already 5 years earlier thanks to the Grandchildren project.
