At just 20 years old, Alexandra – half Norwegian, half Italian singer and songwriter – captivated audiences with her strong vocal technique and star power. Passion for music has always burned inside the young superstar. Since she won a singing competition at the age of 6, Alessandra has understood that the stage is the place where she feels at home. Her desire to write and perform about her brought her to her second homeland, Norway. “I’ve always felt music in a very special way. A chord progression a specific note can make me cry because I feel it so intensely. So when I write songs, I put a lot of passion and thoughts into it. I also like to combine Norwegian culture with that We tend to look at life differently, so I like to mix the two cultural perspectives and see where it takes me.”
One of Alessandra’s greatest aspirations in life is to spread the message of self-love. A subject so close to her heart that she believes it should be taught in school. Intending to inspire others to be confident and kind to themselves, she composed the euphoric anthem to self-love Queen of Kings. “Why isn’t self-love taught in school? People go to therapy to learn how to practice self-love, so it’s crazy to me that it’s not part of the curriculum. I want to use my music to spread the message of loving yourself and finding self-confidence, but I want it to be said in a fun and sassy way. I hope to be a role model that inspires others to love themselves and maybe one day I could help make the self-love a part of the curriculum.” It didn’t take long for Alessandra to become a household name in Norway with the release of her debut single, which has already surpassed a staggering 55 million streams across all platforms. The song skyrocketed in popularity after it went viral on TikTok, where it generated millions of likes and over 250 million views. With a successful debut single in her hands, Alessandra solidified her superstar title as she performed the song during the national finals. Her powerful vocal performance combined with her extraordinary stage presence and charisma resulted in a performance that exudes confidence and star quality comparable to industry giants such as Lizzo and Ariana Grande. Alessandra is here to stay and wants to inspire listeners of all ages and all genres to embody the “Queen of Kings” within them.
