They achieve success with a series of hits, including ‘It’s Gonna Work Out Fine’ (1961), ‘River Deep – Mountain High’ (1966), ‘Proud Mary’ (1971) and ‘Nutbush City Limits’ (1973). In 1976, Tina leaves the musical duo and divorces her. From that moment she began her solo career; in November 1983 she released a cover of Al Green’s ‘Let’s Stay Together’ which immediately became a great success.

In June 1984 he released the album ‘Private Dancer’ and his second single ‘What’s Love Got To Do with It’, which immediately became worldwide successes. From there, Tina became, and continued to be throughout her life, one of the most loved artists in the world.
