Just going back to certain things makes me speak in fits and starts,” says the 34-year-old. Fedez has had an extremely troubled last year. The singer underwent surgery for pancreatic cancer in 2022 and made no secret that recovery, especially on a psychological level, was and still is a complex journey.

The use of psychotropic drugs has produced effects that Fedez has illustrated several times, in particular after the 2023 Sanremo Festival and after a period of rest necessary to regain energy and balance. In recent weeks, the artist has been hospitalized for bleeding caused by two ulcers. He underwent a transfusion at the Fatebenefratelli hospital in Milan and is now on the road to complete recovery. In his latest public statements, the singer has repeatedly spoken about the importance of issues relating to mental health and, after his last hospitalisation, he personally went out of his way to underline the importance of donating blood.
