The southern girl with a Nordic beauty, was chosen in 1984 to enter the cast of the world soap “Santa Barbara”, with the role of Kelly Capwell, which she played until 1988, thanks to which she was nominated three times for the Emmy Awards.

The debut in the world of cinema takes place in 1987 with the fantasy “The fantastic story” by Rob Reiner, where Robin is the sweet princess Bottondoro who must be saved. She subsequently stars in 1990’s State of Grace, where she meets her future husband on the set Sean Penn.
As a voice actress, as well as being the narrator of First Ladieshe lent his voice for A Christmas Carol (2009). In the role of producer she then worked on the making of the Virgin films (2003), Hounddog (2007), The Congress (2013), When Elephants Fight (2015), Land (2021) and series House of Cards. He also directed some episodes of the latter.
As for the love life, Robin Wright has been married three times: the first time in 1986 with actor Dane Whiterspoon, the second with Sean Penn, which lasted from 1996 to 2007, the third time in 2018 with manager Clement Giraudel.
