Florida, missing child found dead in the mouth of an alligator

Tragedy in Florida, where a two-year-old boy who disappeared last Thursday was found dead in the mouth of an alligator. According to US Sky News reports, the reptile was then shot down by the police. The boy, Taylen Mosley, had been reported missing after his 20-year-old mother, Pashun Jeffery, was found dead in her St. Petersburg apartment. Police said the woman had been stabbed numerous times. The little one was nearly 10 miles from home, near a lake in Dell Holmes Park.

Suspicions about the father: he is accused of double murder

The boy’s father, Thomas Mosley, has been charged with two first-degree murders, police chief Anthony Holloway said. “We didn’t want to find him like this, but at least now we can give that family some peace,” Holloway said at a press conference. The search for the child was attended by dogs, a drone, and federal and state law enforcement agencies. The cause of Taylen’s death will be determined by the coroner. The father was taken to hospital as he had cuts on his arms and hands, police added.
