The reconstruction of the facts

The episode took place this morning in the Saint-Thomas d’Aquin private Catholic institute in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, a tourist resort loved by surfers south of Biarritz and not far from the Spanish border. According to the site, who first revealed the information, the woman killed was in her fifties. For the Sudovest newspaper, it is a Spanish teacher who at the time of the drama was in class with her students. The attacking student allegedly broke into the classroom by hurling himself violently against the teacher, who died shortly thereafter. The episode brings to mind what happened on 13 September in Normandy, when a 15-year-old student stabbed a high school teacher in Caen in the throat. The 63-year-old victim was discharged a few days later and the student, with mental disorders, was arrested under medical surveillance.
