Future healthcare tech meets in Dubai


The week of Health and Wellness was staged in Dubai, with a series of events and appointments that took place in what is considered the city of the future, also from the point of view of innovation and technological applications in healthcare.

Arab Health 2022

Arab Health 2022 took place at the Dubai World Trade Center, the most important event dedicated to health in the Arab world, which brought together 3,500 exhibitors from 60 different countries, with the presence of 60,000 health professionals and over 20 pavilions, who addressed the issue of how connectivity and innovation are changing the face of diagnostics. Among the protagonists: Siemens and Canon, as well as many technological startups active in healthcare.

Italy will also be the protagonist of this week in Dubai. At the Italian Pavilion at the Dubai Expo, Diana Bracco, President of the Alisei Life Sciences National Technology Cluster, opened the first edition of the Global Health & Innovation Forum, which offered an international platform for a debate on the new frontiers of science and of technology. “By increasing the length and quality of life, medical devices ensure more sustainable healthcare around the world,” she said at the event. AI at the service of health

Bracco Group and Centro Diagnostico Italiano also presented the latest applications of artificial intelligence and diagnostic imaging. At the Intelligent Imaging: Beyond the Future and Back to Mind event they presented the path by which they reached the conclusions of the “AI-for-COVID” project which represents a combination of technology and medicine, to create a personalized therapeutic approach for each Covid-19 patient. Outside Expo, the Lombardy Region, the Milan Polytechnic and the Polytechnic Foundation have organized two appointments atInnovation House in Dubai. Dubai and the opportunities for companies in the health sector

Many innovations presented this week, among which the HyperSport Responder, the fastest and most expensive rescue car in the world, presented by the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (Dcas) at the Dubai Expo.
