One of the areas on which we pay more attention, in our organization, concerns the female gender. We would like to involve more and more women in our organization, obviously focusing on Stem matters which represent the heart of our professional heritage, not only in terms of design but also commercial. In fact, we would like to welcome more and more women also in specific sectors. One of our areas for improvement could be – among others – the technical assistance department which has 250 men and we hope to open the doors of this branch also to young Stem graduates ”. The initiative -in which hundreds of Stem students and recent graduates were able to meet ‘top employer’ companies for one to one orientation and mutual evaluation sessions – was held today in Milan at Cariplo Factory.
