From 21 April on Apple TV+ (also visible on Sky Glass, Sky Q and via the app on the Now Smart Stick) is available Ghostedthe movie with Chris Evans and Ana De Armas directed by Dexter Fletcher that promises a lot action, adventure and a little romance. Cole is a quiet and honest man, while Sadie is an enigmatic woman who hides some secrets. The two fall in love, but Cole is catapulted into a violent and absurd world, very far from him. The director of Ghosted it’s Dexter Fletcher who started the his career as an actor starring in several British independent films such as Caravaggio, The Rachel Papers And Lock, Stock and in the TV series Band of Brothers created by Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks, as Staff Sergeant John Martin. His directorial debut happens with Wild Bill, a crime drama comedy about Bill Hayward, a man on probation after 8 years in prison who returns home to find his children abandoned by their mother living alone. His second film, Sunshine on Leith skyrocketed him to international acclaim. Since then he has worked on several musical films. He took over the uncredited directorial role on the Freddie Mercury biopic, Bohemian Rhapsody and then directed Taron Egerton in Rocketman, the Elton John musical biopic. In 2022 he was the director of two episodes of the Paramount + series, The Offerabout the making of the masterpiece of Francis Ford Coppola, The Godfather.
The authors of Ghosted
The writers of Ghosted I am Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Their collaboration started in 2009 with the horror comedy Zombieland then followed in 2016 by Deadpool with Ryan Reynolds. Due to the success of both of these films, Wernick and Reese wrote sequels for both: Zombieland: Double Tap And Deadpool 2. The two also wrote Michael Bay’s international action film, 6 Underground. They also co-wrote the screenplay for Deadpool 3marking their fifth collaboration with Reynolds.

Ana De Armas plays the role of Sadie in Ghosted, a mysterious young woman who becomes the love interest of Cole played by Chris Evans.
