Glass Onion: Knives Out, the new photo of Daniel Craig as Benoit Blanc

In 2019 it was released in theaters Murder Dinner – Knives Outa film that mixes different genres from the detective to the thriller, passing through the comedy and the grotesque with an exceptional cast that saw among the protagonists Daniel Craig as the detective Benoit Blanc. A film that has received great favor from critics, so much so that two sequels have been made official, both of which will be released on Netflix (also visible on Sky Q and via the app on Now Smart Stick). The first, entitled Glass Onion: Knives Out will be distributed by the platform starting Friday 23 December 2022.

New photo of Daniel Craig unveiled

Waiting to see the feature film before Christmas, the magazine’s Instagram profile Empire Magazine posted a new photo of Daniel Craig in the role of Benoit Blanc. In the shot, we see the former James Bond staring hard and wearing a salmon-colored shirt. Within the cast of the sequel there is also room for Madelyn Cline, Jessica Henwick, Ethan Hawke, Kathryn Hahn, Edward Norton, Kate Hudson, Janelle Monae, Leslie Odom Jr, Jada Pinkett Smith And Dave Bautista. Aside from Daniel Craig, in the sequel we will all see different characters following a completely different story than that of Murder Dinner – Knives Outwhere Benoit Blanc was called to investigate the murder of Harlan Thrombey played by Christopher Plummer. Also in that film, there was an ensemble cast consisting of Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Jamie Lee Curtis, Michael Shannon, Don Johnson, Toni Collette, Lakeith Stanfield, Jaeden Martell And Katherine Langford.

Daniel Craig’s career

As mentioned above, the most iconic role of Daniel Craig’s career is undoubtedly that of James Bond. The actor lent his face to England’s most famous spy in five chapters, starting with Casino Royale in 2006, then continuing with Quantum of Solace (2008), Skyfall (2012), Specter (2015) and the latest No Time to Die (2021). The absolute debut in the world of cinema, however, dates back to 1992 with The strength of the single.
