The world of music and rock mourns David Crosby. The famed American guitarist and songwriter has died in Seattle at the age of 81. His wife announced it. The singer-songwriter was the founder of two of the biggest bands of the sixties: The Byrds and Crosby, Stills and Nash. His career has seen him achieve the rare feat of being inducted into the revered Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice. His wife told entertainment site Variety that he died while surrounded by family. “His legacy will live on through his legendary music,” she added.
