There teenage romance between Charlie and Nick returns protagonist of the new season of Heartstoppers. The trailer of the series, based on the homonymous graphic novel by Alice Oseman, delicately introduces some of the themes that will be covered during the 8 episodes, such as the coming out and self acceptance. The British series, already in its first chapter, was in fact positively received by both critics and the public for the representation of LGBTQ+ issues.
