House of the Dragon 2, Amanda Collin could join the cast


The second season of the hit HBO series House of the Dragonprequel of the even more famous series Game of thronescould see the arrival of a new entry: the actress Amanda Collin, which would thus add to the main cast consisting of Emma D’Arcy, Matt Smith and Olivia Cooke. The Danish actress would therefore step into the role of Jeyne Arryn, Lady of the Eyrie, also known as Maiden of the Vale. The second season of House of the Dragon will be available in the second half of 2024.

Amanda Collin she is known for being the protagonist of science fiction television series Raised by Wolves but also for his performances in films A Horrible Woman (2017), Department Q: A Conspiracy of Faith (2016) and in the series Splitting Up Together (2016). The second season of House of the Dragon

On August 26, 2022, less than a week after the first episode, the successful fantasy series was renewed for a second season. The series, set 190 years before the events of Il Sword throneee 172 years before the birth of Daenerys Targaryen, it describes the events preceding and covering the Targaryen civil war, known as the “Dance of the Dragons”. In all likelihood, the second season of House of the Dragon will arrive in 2024: George RR Martin himself has in fact confirmed that filming is continuing, despite the ongoing strikes. The rest of the cast, in addition to the aforementioned Emma D’Arcy, Matt Smith and Olivia Cooke, also includes Graham McTavish, Ryan Corr, Jefferson Hall, David Horovitch, Matthew Needham, Bill Patterson and Gavin Spokes.
