Carlos Alcaraz eliminated in the third round of the Internazionali Bnl d’Italia 2023, Atp Masters 1000 tournament, taking place on the clay courts of the Foro Italico in Rome. The Spaniard, number 2 in the world and in the seeding but who will return to number 1 next week, yields to Hungarian Fabian Marozsan, number 135 in the ATP ranking and coming from the qualifiers, with a score of 6-3, 7-6 (7- 4), after one hour and 42 minutes.

Marozsan, 23, born in Budapest, is making his first appearance in the main draw of an ATP tournament.
