Sacha Baron Cohen will be in the cast of the TV series Marvel Ironheart. In a document filed for copyright requests, Marvel Studios has in fact revealed that the interpreter of Borat and of Ali G will enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe as “Mystery Man”. The figure of the “mysterious man”, however, would not correspond to one of the actual characters, but would consist of a phrase that would conceal the true nature of the part played by the actor. According to rumors, in fact, Cohen could take on the role of Mephisto, one of Marvel’s greatest villains. While waiting to discover the true identity of the actor, they have been confirmed in the cast Anthony Ramos as Parker Robbins who will become the supervillain Hood, Alden Ehrenreichthe drag queen Shea Coulee And Jim Rash. All further details on the six-episode miniseries remain under the strictest secrecy.
THE PLOT AND RELEASE DATE
The TV series Ironheart follows the events of Riri Williams (played by Dominique Thorne), a genius MIT student introduced in the film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever who rivals Tony Stark in inventions. “The series is coming” the actress declared in an interview with ComicBook last November. “I think there’s a lot for fans to sink their teeth into, especially if they enjoyed what they got to see of Riri Williams in a whole other world that wasn’t really of her. I think they could have fun, entering a world that is hers. The miniseries is expected to debut on Disney+ (also visible on Sky Glass, Sky Q and via the app on Now Smart Stick) in 2024 or early 2025.
