The slowdown observed in the month of February is due, in particular, to the accentuation of the decline on a trend basis in the prices of regulated energy goods (from -12.0% to -16.4%) and to the decrease in those of non-regulated energy regulated (+59.3% to +40.8%), the effects of which were partially offset by the acceleration in food prices, both processed and unprocessed, tobacco prices, the prices of recreational and cultural services and for personal care and transportation-related services.
