Ita Airways, from today end exclusive obligations

This was announced by the Ministry of Economy and Finance

The exclusivity obligations granted from 31 August to the US Certares fund, the Air France – KLM group and Delta Airlines for the sale of 50% plus a share in Ita Airways ceased today but, as the Ministry of Economy points out, “they continue the interlocutions for the definition of a possible agreement for the transfer of control of Ita “. According to what Adnkronos learns from sources close to the dossier, in fact, Certares continues to work day by day in analyzing the huge amount of information to quickly arrive at a binding and definitive offer.

After those of 28 September and 14 October, a third expert session should be held in the next few days which should continue to address financial and operational issues: accounts, networks and the fleet.

Meanwhile, on 11 October last, an interlocutory and cognitive meeting was also held between the trade unions and the representatives of the US Certares fund. On 30 September Certares also met with the top management of Aeroporti di Roma (Adr).
