Juventus overwhelms Salernitana 6-1 today, 4 January 2024, in the match valid for the round of 16 of the 2023-2024 Italian Cup. The Bianconeri coached by Allegri qualify for the quarter-finals and will face Frosinone on Thursday 11 January for a place in the semi-final of the tournament. Meanwhile, on Sunday 7 January, Juve and Salernitana meet again for the 19th matchday of the 2023-2024 Serie A: this time they will play in Salerno.

In the 75th minute, Juve takes the lead. Milik frees Yildiz, Fiorillo rejects but the pinball with Bronn turns into an own goal: 4-1. Shortly afterwards there is room for Yildiz’s goal. The Turkish baby lights up on the left flank, overtakes 3 opponents and pierces Fiorillo with a powerful right foot: 5-1 in the 88th minute. Juve doesn’t stop and in the 89th minute closes the set with Weah: a shot from 25 meters into the top corner, 6-1.
