Lenny Kravitz will perform at Umbria Jazz in Perugia in July

Lenny Kravitz will be among the stars who will play on the prestigious stage of Umbria Jazz, in Perugia, next July 13th. The organizers announced it a few hours ago, underlining that the American musician is finally returning to Italy after a long absence from our local stages.
“Timeless artist, icon of style and music and undisputed talent of overseas rock, Lenny Kravitz returns live with his new project Blue Electric Lightt, the singer’s twelfth studio album”, we read in an official note issued by the organizers of Umbria Jazz.

Right with Blue Electric Light he will therefore come to perform next summer in our country. It is an explosive album, with an extremely romantic inspiration, without neglecting the rock soul that has always characterized Lenny Kravitz’s style. We are talking about a musician with a unique talent in his genre, a true mastery of pulling deep soulful rock’n’roll out of his hat. Let’s also not forget that Lenny Kravitz is not “just” a musician but rather a relentless creative force, active in almost every sector of art and culture. In addition to being a musician, in fact, he is also a writer, producer, actor, author and even designer.

Lenny Kravitz’s concert in Perugia, as part of Umbria Jazz, is scheduled for 13 July 2024 at the Arena Santa Giuliana at 9pm. Pre-sales will start from Monday 4 December at 10am on the Virgin Radio website and will continue until Wednesday 6 December. General ticket sales will begin from 11am on December 6th.

Lenny Kravitz is a dynamic global presence across music, art and culture

The American star continues to be a dynamic global presence, reaching the ears as well as the eyes of all through music, art and culture.
As for his first great love, the seven notes, the 12th studio album he recently released, entitled Blue Electric Light, sees Kravitz’s talent as a writer, producer and multi-instrumentalist emerge in all its power. In fact, it was he who wrote almost all the songs on the tracklist and played most of the instruments, together with the guitarist who is his long-time collaborator, Craig Ross.

A career full of successes, awards and satisfaction

We remember that in his career Lenny Kravitz won four Grammy Awards and sold over 40 million copies of his records worldwide.

All his recording efforts have been widely appreciated by both the public and critics.
He was recently awarded the “Fashion Icon Award” by the Cfda and was also selected as a candidate for the 2023 Hollywood Walk of Fame, demonstrating his role as a style icon, sacred monster of music and pillar of today’s culture.
