RESOLUTION
- The Agcom resolution of the communications guarantee authority has made it mandatory for all operators to activate a parental control system on SIM cards registered to minors for today 21 November. The indication is therefore that there is an upstream control of the contents that the user can view, i.e. that the internet provider will have to block unsuitable contents directly

FILTERED CONTENT
- There are different types of videos and articles filtered according to the Agcom resolution, but they can be substantiated in these contents: for adults, with gambling and betting, where weapons and violence are present, content of hatred and discrimination, promotion of practices that can damage health, concerning religious sects and anonymizers. This last category, that of systems for surfing the Web anonymously, was inserted in order to prevent the minor from being able to bypass the block

SOCIAL AND NEWS
- However, it is complicated to carry out this type of operation when it comes to social media, which obviously does not fall into any of the prohibited categories, where however you can find content relating to one of the topics indicated above, similar to information sites
