Marvel, Charlie Cox will be Daredevil in four new projects

Marvel fans have been clamoring for Charlie Cox’s return as Daredevil for a long time now. The cancellation of the Netflix TV series has in fact left a deep void. A well created product, with an intriguing storyline and really interesting action scenes. Everything seemed to be going for the best, with a Vincent D’Onofrio dropped very well in the part of Wilson Fisk and crossover prospects, partly realized. A shattered dream after 39 episodes and three seasons. However, hope is the last to die and it seems that the time has come to see Charlie Cox in the role of Matt Murdock again.

MCU, Daredevil in Phase 4

Charlie Cox would be ready to return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, starting next December. A hypothesis feared by many fans after watching the first trailer of Spider-Man: No Way Home, which may prove to be correct. Daredevil’s long-awaited comeback could in fact take place in Tom Holland’s third standalone film as Peter Parker.

It remains to be understood, however, whether the character will bring with him the narrative baggage of the Netflix series or not, complete with villains and companions in tow. The news was launched by Binge Watch This, a social channel usually more than reliable when it comes to advances, linked to insider Daniel Ritchman.

However, the projects that will involve Charlie Cox would be four. After Spider-Man there is also space for TV series She-Hulk and Echo, among the most awaited by the public among those announced. The most interesting, however, will undoubtedly be the one dedicated solely to the adventures of Daredevil. It is a real standalone, even if it is not known, to date, if it will be a film or a TV series.

The person in She-Hulk had also been talked about for a while. The presence in Echo, on the other hand, is almost obvious, considering the bond that the character has with Daredevil, as well as with Kingpin, a role that Vincent D’Onofrio should resume in Hakweye, which will see the debut of Alaqua Cox (Echo).
