Thanks to the Cassa di Risparmio di Terni and Narni Foundation, the aspiring chefs will move to the Umbrian part of the Valnerina, a territory dominated by what is the highest artificial waterfall in Europe. In this magical place not far from Terni, the two brigades will compete in the preparation of their menus: it will be the task of the aspiring chefs to replicate the most iconic dishes of the area, to then be judged by 35 DOC diners from Terni, the top experts of local taste. The brigade that will be the loser, as per tradition, will have to wear the black apron and then face the new one pressure test: who will have to abandon the kitchen of MasterChef Italia forever?

From Monday to Friday, at 19:45 always on Sky Uno and streaming on NOW, the daily strip of MasterChef Magazine also continues. This week, after the “second chance” for the competitor who will have cooked the worst dish during the Invention Test, guests will be Solaika Marrocco, young starred chef of the Primo Restaurant in Lecce, who will try to stimulate the creative flair of Dalia Rivolta, in the competition last year, starting with one of his signature dishes: orange-glazed sweetbread with raw red shrimp; Irene Volpe and Antonio Colasanto, finalists two years ago, grappling with a surprise test; Gloria Clama, on the podium in the eighth edition, who will open the doors of her restaurant Indiniò, a place dominated by traditional dishes from Carnia, to Tracy Eboigbodin, the latest winner of MasterChef Italia, for a couple’s cooking; and Carmine Gorrasi, finalist a year ago, who will be questioned by Chef Bruno Barbieri on the techniques for processing a whole chicken.
