Aspiring chefs will be put to the test with the toughest challenges ever seen in the MasterChef Canada kitchen
The aspiring chefs prepare a Japanese dish for the judges, the worst one will leave the MasterChef kitchen forever
Japanese cuisine is synonymous with precision, and to accompany the chefs in this adventure, the judges invited Chef Kamura, the first to bring sushi to Toronto in the 80s
Chef Kamura first asks the chefs to prepare a snapper sashimi
After an initial demonstration, Chef Kamura observes the cooks in the preparation of their dish which must be elegant to the eye
The chefs have just 15 minutes to prepare a dish to present to the guest chef
Divided into two teams, red and blue, the chefs will have to work on special deliveries that customers will make via an app created specifically for the test
The judges ask the chefs for a menu that will be delivered to the homes of customers in the city
The chefs give everything to not stop and resist in the delivery of their menus
Many customers found the chicken wings delivered by the blue team tasty and lively on their takeaway menu
Between the red and blue teams, the red team prevails and wins over the judges with a plate of sweet potato noodles
The chefs return to wearing white aprons and prepare for a new challenge in the kitchen
