Matthew Perry was born in Williamstown (Massachusetts, United States) on August 19, 1969 with dual US and Canadian nationality. And right in Ontario he grows up with his mother.

After years of battling addiction, Perry has become one of the ambassadors of National Association of Drug Court Professionals. And in 2013, when the US president was Barack Obama, he received the Champion of Recovery Award for its civil commitment.

His face will forever remain associated with the TV series Friends and his character, Chandler Bing, one of the most loved by fans.
