Milan, Maignan is not at the top: is Sportiello coming?

At Milan, the Maignan issue holds the ground. The goalkeeper is not yet at the top and from Pioli’s words he should also miss the match against Salernitana.

For this reason the AC Milan club would like to take precautions and anticipate the arrival of Sportiello.

Sportiello is ever closer to becoming a new AC Milan goalkeeper. As we anticipated a few weeks ago, the Rossoneri’s intention was to register him from July 1st. In the last few hours, however, the hypothesis of his imminent arrival is making its way if Maignan’s return should be postponed due to new physical problems. So watch out in the next few hours: Sportiello’s future could immediately be red and black.

Turin, Ola Aina injury: recovery times

Ivan Juric’s Torino has resumed training at Philadelphia. The goal of the grenade club is to start off on the right foot when the Serie A championship resumes. The grenade coach, however, has to deal with a rather crowded infirmary.

The most serious stop concerns Ola Aina who has been absent since mid-October. The Turin player has remedied, a few months ago, a
distractive involvement of the left femoral biceps
and, now, things look more serious than expected. Initially, in fact, his return to the field was scheduled for January, when Serie A restarts, but that will not be the case. It will take at least another month’s stop to see him on the field. The reason? They appeared problems also of a tendon nature which inevitably lengthen recovery times.

Juve, Chiesa skips the friendly: the latest

Chiesa had to deal with a muscle strain that has also forced to miss the friendly against Arsenal. The Juventus footballer, out for about six months after breaking the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, is eager to warm up his engines in view of the resumption of the Serie A championship.

The former Fiorentina he will return to the group, under the orders of Massimiliano Allegri, only after Christmas, on 27 December. Not surprisingly, the player will also miss the friendly behind closed doors against Rijeka, scheduled for Thursday. Instead, for the challenge scheduled for December 30th against Standard Liège he should do it. The goal is to be fully available for January 4, when the championship will start again.
