By creating a safe space for open dialogue, developing the skills and abilities of individuals, encouraging innovative solutions, even outside the box, we have mutually influenced our corporate culture, encouraged continuous and rapid improvement and made a clear pact with the territory to a decisive, sustainable and supportive investment drive. It is a passionate and demanding team effort and therefore I share this award with Carlo Pesce, Giancarlo de Carlo, Marco Bacchin, Andrea Chiorboli, Luigi Culpo, Pierpaolo Florian, Roberto Gasparetto, Domenico Lenzi, Silvio Peroni, Alberto Piccoli, Andrea Razzini, Carlo Alberto You and all the colleagues who are part of this journey”.
