But this is only one of the inconsistencies of this place: Gigi, the new owner, has recently arrived in the restaurant world despite having been an entrepreneur for years, now he seems to have regretted this choice because, despite many good intentions, he failed to put into practice almost nothing of what he had in mind and in the end he was content to leave almost everything as he had found it when he took over the reins of the restaurant. To complicate things, there are tense relationships with the staff who see him as an inconsistent and inconsistent boss.

Thus, upon his arrival, Antonino Cannavacciuolo finds a room poorly maintained from a hygienic point of view and a great disorganization: it will be necessary to implement a shock therapy to make everyone, staff and owner, understand that there is a need for cohesion and passion to bring running a successful business. As in every episode of the Sky Original show produced by Endemol Shine Italy – every Sunday at 21.15 exclusively on Sky Uno and streaming only on NOW, always available on demand and visible on Sky Go – Antonino in fact puts all his knowledge and skills at the service of restaurateurs in whose kitchens and dining rooms quarrels, improvisation and mismanagement reign: a situation that risks bringing the establishments one step away from closure.

The venue will then undergo a total makeover in record time which will give it a new look, making it more welcoming and functional, finally customer-friendly.

After these interventions, the staff will then be ready to start again: with the passion for the restart and the strength of the advice received from the Chef, but also with the fundamental awareness of past mistakes, all the workers in the dining room and kitchen will be able to return to work, reopening doors to customers.


The restaurant is located on the outskirts of Milan, in the municipality of Cologno Monzese Ciak is eaten, discovered about three years ago by Gigi. The premises seemed good, the ideas were there, but the reality turned out to be different: practically nothing has changed in the venue compared to the previous management, staff, furnishings, local sign and country flags, the real visible “attractive” signal from the street, they are always the same. Even the menu, which is too vast, reflects an absence of identity and throws the dining room and kitchen into crisis: today the staff is in disarray and Gigi is unable to direct the scene. In the dining room, where the historic waitress Luisa, Alcindo and Francisco are, there is chaos, while between the dining room and the kitchen, where Romeo and his two assistants Roberto and Sheriff are, there is a real conflict. Gigi tries to keep calm but doesn’t always succeed, he would like to change things and be listened to, becoming the “director” of his local him: for this very reason he asked for the intervention of Chef Cannavacciuolo.

Subsequently, in the subsequent appointments of “Cucine da incubo”, Antonino Cannavacciuolo will be engaged in others impossible missions in Colle Val d’Elsa (Siena), Bogliasco (Genoa), Porto Cesareo (Lecce).
