Nissan CFL Lucca wins the ninth Global Award: the awards ceremony at the Comics & Games festival

New record for Nissan CFL of Lucca, which won the prestigious Nissan Global Award for the third consecutive year. A Nissan partner since 1990, in 33 years of activity CFL has won this title 9 times, so much so that it ranks fourth among the best Nissan dealerships ever in the world for commercial results and quality of sales and assistance processes. The awards ceremony took place at the Foodmetti stand inside the Lucca Comics & Games, in the presence of Marco Toro, President and CEO of Nissan Italia.

Nissan CFL wins for customer loyalty and satisfaction

This year, Nissan CFL of Lucca won thanks to a market share in the private channel of 4.7%, 78% more than the Italian average. In the after-sales area, the dealership stood out for a customer loyalty rate of 89% within 10 years, 59 percentage points higher than the national average. Finally, sales and after-sales customers declare themselves “totally satisfied” at 99.5% and 96.9% respectively. The Nissan Global Award is a global competition based on a series of business and customer satisfaction indicators, involving around 4,000 Nissan dealers worldwide, of which only 4% of the total wins, equal to 160 dealers globally , of which three in Italy.

For the Lucca Comics & Games Festival – the international fair dedicated to comics, animation, games, video games and fantasy and science fiction imagery, which was held in Lucca from 1 to 5 November – Nissan CFL created, in collaboration with the cartoonist Carmine di Giandomenico, the branding of a Nissan Qashqai e-POWER and an X-Trail e-POWER e-4ORCE. The two cars, exhibited in the area reserved for the dealership as part of Foodmetti – Artisti delle Tavole – were admired by the many visitors to the event who were thus able to discover “the super power” of Nissan’s plug-free electric.
