Over 50,000 enthusiasts have invaded the town of Mandello sul Lario, in the province of Lecco since last Thursday 8 September, to celebrate the Moto Guzzi World Days. This year’s edition, in addition to celebrating the 100th anniversary of the historic Italian motorcycle brand, saw the participation of an exceptional guest. The famous actor of Scottish origin Ewan Mcgregor, a great fan of the brand, took part in the great parade to celebrate the first century of Moto Guzzi history together with thousands of fans who came from all over the world, riding from Lecco to Mandello riding a V100, the new model of the Italian motorcyclist. A success, that of WYD 2022, also due to the cancellation of the real centenary party, scheduled for 2021 and postponed by 12 months due to the pandemic. The celebrations will go on until the grand closing on Sunday 11th, with the program of free visits to the factory and the Moto Guzzi Museum, with dozens of historic models of the brand, all recently and perfectly restored, which make up a collection of world value.
