Silvia Rovere is president of Assoimmobiliare and in 2020 she founded Sensible Capital Srl.
From 2003 to 2005 she was CFO of State Assets (Mef), with responsibility for the program of public real estate funds and for the tools for valorising and privatizing State assets. Later she was in London as Head of Business Development of the Aedes Group and from 2009 to 2013 she was General Manager of Ream Sgr, where she successfully completed first the turnaround phase and then the three-year growth plan . You have also held the position of CEO of Morgan Stanley Sgr. Silvia Rovere has contributed to the development of socially responsible finance by setting up and managing two of the first social housing funds in Italy.
Alongside his professional activity, he has carried out academic and research activities for, among others, the Department of Political Economy and the Department of Commercial Law of the Faculty of Economics of Turin, the L. Einaudi Center of Turin and the Real Estate Finance Master of the Sda Bocconi. He is a Fellow member of Rics, a member of the Executive Committee of Uli Italia and of the Steering Committee of Fondazione Res Pubblica, one of the most authoritative Italian think tanks.
Born in 1971, Silvia Rovere has been president of Confindustria Assoimmobiliare since 2017 (for the 2017-2020 and 2020-2023 terms). He is a member of the Board of Directors of Ispi (Italian Institute for International Political Studies) and of the Advisory Board of Assofintech (Italian Fintech, Insurtech and Proptech Association), Fellow Member of Rics (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), member of the Executive of Urban Land Institute Italia and of the Steering Committee of Fondazione Res Pubblica. You are a lecturer at the Executive Master in Finance at Sda Bocconi and promoted the establishment of the Re Innovation Lab and the Re Innovation Academy.
