The reception center, located in the Mokotov district, is at the forefront of the humanitarian crisis and houses approx 300 Ukrainian women and children. Provides guests with two meals a day, while also offering a range of other services including Polish language lessons, a children’s play area and psychological support

The clothes donated to the center were then redistributed through the establishment of a “free shop” accessible to all guests of the accommodation centre. During the visit William also entertained himself in one game of ping pong together with the young guests of the centre

“You are the defenders of our freedoms,” the Prince of Wales said addressing the British military. “Thanks for what you do here”, continued William, showing the images taken only after the end of the mission close to the front line and his transfer to Warsaw

The visit, again informs the BBC, was agreed upon by the royal house with the Tory government of Rishi Sunak and at the latter’s request, confirming the full support from London to Kiev in the face of the Russian invasion. At the Territorial Defense Force 3rd Brigade base in Rzeszów, he met with Polish Defense Minister Mariusz Blaszczak (pictured) and viewed a display of military equipment
