Disney revealed the first image of snow-white, the live action remake of the 1937 animated classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The photo shows the protagonist princess (played by Rachel Zegler) surrounded by her faithful adventure companions, the Seven Dwarfs. The film, initially scheduled for a theatrical release on March 22, 2024, has suffered a postponement to March 21, 2025 due to the strike of the actors of the Screen Actors Guild, the American union that has been protesting against the Hollywood Studios for over 100 days. The cast of the film directed by Marc Webb and screenplay by Greta Gerwig ed Erin Cressida Wilson includes not only Zegler, the first Latina actress in the role of Snow White, but also Gal Gadot as the Queen Grimhilde, Ansu Kabia in the role of Soccer player And Andrew Burnap in the guise of a new character, Jonathan.
