“The idea of ​​my work installed in the Fiumicino airport was essentially born for create a journey inside Mundys data world. Through the installation it points to transform cold data into emotions, giving them shape – said Davide Asker, author of the work and member of the collective called Woa, on the sidelines of the event ‘Towards sustainable and green travel’, held at Fiumicino ‘Leonardo Da Vinci’ airport and organized by Mundys and Adr, and where his installation was inaugurated. The one in the Roman airport is – he explains – “an interactive work because the real protagonists of these data are the travellers. Theinstallation was built around travellers, for travellers, and these will be able to interact with it by touching the four screens representing the pillars of the Mundys world“.

“The idea is to excite and sensitize people by placing them within a world that can alienate them from the non-place of the airport. By exciting people and making them feel part of a common journey, we want to sensitize them on the inherent issues environmental sustainability” concluded the artist from Woa.
