Sustainability Forum 2023, over 200 participants on the first day

Sustainability is enhanced and disseminated by internal communication, as a lever of involvement towards staff also with welfare actions

The first day of the seventh edition of the Italian Communication Sustainability Forum concluded at Palazzo dell’Informazione, headquarters of the Adnkronos Group, in Rome with over 200 participants, including speakers and managers from the world of CSR and communication, and 15 discussion sessions. . Arriva Italia, Enac, Istat, Liomatic, Mm and Nieco contributed to the opening plenary.

The comparison of corporate ideas and experiences was useful for taking stock of the country’s state of health, focusing on the contribution of public and private companies to the promotion of a culture of sustainability among citizens and businesses. Sustainability is enhanced and disseminated by internal communication, as a lever of involvement towards staff also with welfare actions. There are several points for reflection to rethink the sustainability path not as a mere cost, but as a change in paradigm and corporate culture: from attention to the supply chain and supply chains, moving on to sustainable finance up to the exploration of entire sectors. Among the numerous companies that participated, Sanpellegrino, Unipol, Ac Milan, Air France, Samsung, Renault Italia, Google Cloud, L’Oréal Italia, Anas, Enel, Flixbus, Iveco Group, Uber, and many others.

The Forum will end tomorrow 15 September, in Ischia, with a final Talk Show entitled ‘Territorial Sustainability and Smart Mobility, an engine for economic growth: the strategic role of companies’, the opening act of the eleventh edition of the Sailing Forum Cup, the main experiential and networking event of Italian Communication.
