Sziget Festival, Imagine Dragons champion. YUNGBLUD and Call Me Karizma principles of punk

Sziget Festival, Friday 11 August: from the explosive concert of Imagine Dragons to the punk rock of Call Me Karizma passing through the overwhelming energy of YUNGBLUD. The second day of the appointment (PHOTO), running until August 15, brought another wave of music, fun and merriment.

A second day on fire. After the sensational inauguration with the shows of Florence + the Machine, Studio Murena, Sam Fender and many others, the Sziget Festival has confirmed its nature as a meeting point of cultures and musical genres. Friday’s main act was the Imagine Dragons who set fire to the stage. The group, led by the charisma of Dan Reynoldshas shown, once again, that it is among the champions of the world record scene.

A roar greeted the singer who immediately kicked off an explosive concert amidst confetti, smoke and plays of light. Ecstatic public, a lot of grit and desire to tell his story, the singer proposed his most famous songs, including dead body, animals, Samurai, Down And Monsters. Call Me Karizma invited everyone to have fun while also recalling the nature of the Festival: “The theme of Sziget is love and you are giving me so much”.

During the day, the many appointments continued, including the recurring one with David Bay from the stage of the Light Stage. Space for activities: from the possibility of playing chess and darts at the GameLandHub to the mechanical bull, from the workshop to learn the choreography of k-pop artists to the emotional installation ‘Before I die by Candy Chang’ which invites people to reflect on the meaning of life. Finally, in the morning celebrations for having reached ten million visitors which in recent years have made the Sziget Festival one of the most awaited and loved musical events in the world.
