The 29th Acea Volley School-Trophy presented, values ​​of volleyball are values ​​of life

The values ​​of Volley are values ​​of Life. The 29th edition of the Acea School-Trophy Volleyball, the event dedicated to the longest-running schools in Italy, will convey culture, friendship, fair play and solidarity in the institutions of our region. It will do so through the winning formula Fipav Lazio and Acea, renewed for the 28th consecutive year: the Regional Committee of the Italian Volleyball Federation and one of the main Italian multi-utilities, active in the management and development of networks and services in the water, ‘energy and the environment, will continue the “distance learning” project for the school world in 2022, given the impossibility – due to the ongoing health emergency – to organize the traditional volleyball tournament in the gyms of institutes. Starting from the beginning of March, a series of seminars will be launched on the values ​​of sport and the study of the Olympic Charter, on World Water Day, on renewable energy, on combating bullying and cyberbullying, on sports news that becomes emotion, on use aware of the web and food, together with the FAO, as part of the UN 2030 agenda. Already 50,000 students are involved, with 43 institutions that have already joined the initiative.

The Acea School-Trophy Volleyball was presented this morning in a press conference on the Zoom platform and live on Facebook, in the presence of the institutional representatives of the Lazio Region and Roma Capitale, of the FIPAV Lazio president Andrea Burlandi, of the FIPAV vice president Luciano Cecchi, as well as creator of Volley School in 1994, of Salvo Buzzanca, communications manager of subsidiaries of the Acea Group, of Stefano Bellotti of FIPAV, of Maura Catalani of MIUR Lazio, of the project manager Alessandro Fidotti (who illustrated in detail the various initiatives of 2022 and the calendar of seminars) and of the speakers who will hold the various seminars, such as Katia Meloni of FAO and Monica Sansoni, Guarantor of Childhood and Adolescence of the Lazio Region.
