According to a recent rumor, Abigail Thorn will also be in the cast of the project, who will play a transgender character.

The Acolyte, what we know so far

The Acolyte will focus on the emergence of dark side powers in the final days of the High Republic era. The plot of The Acolytein fact, will take place about 100 years before the events of The Phantom Menace, and therefore long before the Skywalker saga.
