Aimed at corporate welfare projects that favor the family. Sara Assicurazioni’s project

There are 127 companies that have secured a place in the ranking announcement #Let’s reconcile, called by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department for Family Policies to implement company welfare projects that “allow the development of tailor-made actions for employees and their families, improving the quality of life of workers”. The initiative has as its objectives “the demographic revival, the increase in female employment, the rebalancing of workloads between men and women, support for families with disabilities, the fight against abandonment of the elderly, the support of the family in the presence of disabled members and the protection of health”.

Among the selected companies, Sara Aassicurazioni. The contribution, to which is added a co-financing from the Sara group, will promote activities spread over three pillars: investment and enhancement of internal resources through coaching and English language programs, with a view to reward and employability; setting up a stimulating work environment, through the creation of high-tech spaces for company co-working, the renewal of devices for employees and the company’s zero-impact electric car sharing service; implementation of the people care programme, through additional permits for the support of family members with incapacitating pathologies and reimbursements for expenses relating to assistance/residential centers for elderly family members, a counseling service, a company nutritionist, a personal and motivational trainer in company gyms.

“#Conciliamo gives us the opportunity to expand and consolidate the tools with which our organization is constantly committed to supporting the well-being and growth of the people who are part of it, contributing to the support of both the internal community, referable to our employees, and external, understood as a social system”, commented Michele Mannella, human resources director of Sara Assicurazioni.
