The animated film by DreamWorks Animation is a family reunion full of action, colors and super stars. The third act of the film series marks the great return of Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake, who return (as regards the original version of the film) to enrich the new chapter of the blockbuster musical franchise.
After the first two films in which Poppy (Anna Kendrick) and Branch (Justin Timberlake) were first friends and then united by constant flirting, now we will find them officially engaged. They’re finally a couple, but as they bond… Poppy will discover something unexpected! Branch has a secret past: he was part of his favorite boyband, BroZone, together with his four brothers: Floyd (Troye Sivan, Golden Globe-nominated electropop singer), John Dory (Eric André, Sing 2), Spruce (Daveed Diggs, Grammy winner; Hamilton) and Clay (Grammy winner Kid Cudi; Don’t Look Up).
What makes the plot very confusing is the fact that BroZone disbanded when Branch was just a child, and along with the boy band his family also disbanded, which is why Branch hasn’t seen his brothers since then. and bandmates.
And this is where the skein will get further tangled: Floyd, Branch’s brother, will be kidnapped by a couple of evil pop stars, namely Velvet (Amy Schumer, winner of the Emmy; Trainwreck) and Veneer (Andrew Rannells, Grammy winner and Tony nominee; The Book of Mormon). The reason for the kidnapping? Floyd’s musical talent.

Trolls 3 – All Together offers new and classic pop hits, and features a cast of truly incredible musical and comedic superstars.
As the new characters in the franchise we will see four-time Grammy nominee and Latin Grammy winner Camila Cabello (Cinderella) as Viva, Zosia Mamet (The Flight Attendant) as Crimp and drag icon RuPaul Charles, who won 12 Emmys, as Miss Maxine.
The historic cast includes Grammy, Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Zooey Deschanel as Bridget, Christopher Mintz-Plasse as Gristle, the Icona Pop duo of Aino Jawo and Caroline Hjelt as Satin and Chenille, Grammy winner Anderson Paak as Prince D, comedian Ron Funches as Cooper, SAG nominee Kunal Nayyar as Guy Diamond and Emmy-winning Saturday Night Live legend Kenan Thompson as Tiny Diamond.
The production of the film
Trolls 3 – All Together is directed by director Walt Dohrn and producer Gina Shay, and is co-directed by Tim Heitz (story-artist of Trolls World Tour). The previous films in the film series, Trolls (2016) e Trolls World Tour (2020), are all from DreamWorks Animation. They achieved resounding success and earned an Oscar nomination for Best Original Song.
