Large-scale Russian missile attack on several regions
Anti-aircraft alarms sounded overnight in all regions of Ukraine after Russia launched a full-scale missile attack against the country. The governor of the oblast of Dnipropetrovsk Serhiy Lysak, reports the Kyiv Independent, reported that a 79-year-old woman was killed in the attack on the city of Pavlohrad, 75 kilometers east of the regional capital Dnipro. Two other civilians – a 79-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman – were injured in the attack, the governor said on Telegram, adding that a factory caught fire while seven homes were destroyed. The sounds of explosions were heard in different parts of the country, including the Kiev, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava oblasts.
A critical infrastructure was therefore damaged in the early hours of this morning in the western region of Lvivthe governor Maksym Kozytskyi denounced on Telegram, specifying that there were no victims and the fire that had developed with the bombing had been extinguished.
