Meanwhile North Korean President Kim Jong-un has offered his “full support and solidarity” with Russia in a letter sent to Russian President Vladimir Putin. As reported by KCNA, Kim has promised to ”lend Putin’s hand” and to ”strengthen strategic cooperation” to respond to ”the common desire of the peoples of the two countries” to achieve the goal of building ” a more powerful country”. Kim, reads the message published by KCNA, told Putin that “justice will surely win and the Russian people will continue to add glory to the history of victory”.
