Ukraine, Putin: “Martial law in the 4 annexed regions”

The Russian president accuses: “Kiev refuses negotiation and continues to bomb”

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the introduction starting tomorrow of the martial law in the four Ukrainian regions annexed by Russia. The Ria agency reports it. Putin is speaking at the Russian Security Council meeting. The Russian president, also reports the Tass agency, has signed a decree to this effect. It concerns the Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

The Kremlin leader then reiterated that it is Ukraine that continues to refuse to negotiate, bombing Russian territories and using terrorist methods. “The Kiev regime, as you know, refused to recognize the will and choice of the people, rejects any negotiation proposal. On the contrary, the bombing continues, civilians are dying,” Putin said, quoted by Ria Novosti.

“The neo-Nazis use openly terrorist methods: they sabotage structures and organize assassination attempts against representatives of local authorities”, the president denounced.
