Ukraine, Russia: “Reservist training has begun”

To send new troops to Ukraine

The training of reservists has begun, involved in the partial mobilization, announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin to recruit new troops to be sent to Ukraine. This was announced by the Moscow Ministry of Defense explaining that training is underway throughout Russia, including the Rostov region on the border with Ukraine, the Crimean peninsula annexed by referendum in 2014 and in the Kaliningrad exclave .

Meanwhile, the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andryushchenko warned that the Russian authorities are collecting data on city residents to start mass mobilization. This information is confirmed by the local resistance movement. The mayor’s adviser said the recruitment process can start as early as 10 October.

“Yesterday, September 27, our resistance movement – said Andryushchenko – had access to the documents of the occupation authorities of Mariupol, which testify to the beginning of the collection of people’s data for the creation of lists for mobilization by 10 October. We are sure this initiative will apply to all occupied territories that will be annexed “.

According to Andryushchenko, Russia believes that if the people of Mariupol supposedly want to “join the big Russian family”, then they must also be mobilized for war along with the Russians.
